Dear Friends, Every year universities across Maharashtra conducts YOUTH Festival. Such festivals are very essential for the development of YOUTH. These festivals encourage students and make them all rounder personality by giving a spark to their hidden potential. But from last few years, it has been observed that there is PARTIALITY in judging of YOUTH FESTIVAL.
University invites local Judges from respective cities where Youth Festival is being conduct. Due to this partiality takes place in judging. The judges give HIGH PRIORITY TO THEIR OWN STUDENTS. Hence most of the students get discourage. It has been also observe that FOR STATE LEVEL & NATIONAL LEVEL UNIVERSITY CALL JUDGES FROM LOCAL AREA. SOME OF THEM ARE EVEN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR JUDGING ON STATE OR NATIONAL LEVEL...
To overcome this burning issue, DEESHA Group's all YOUTH Member of Maharashtra are working together. We are going to request University & UGC to change the Judging pattern of YOUTH FESTIVAL as follows:-
1) For university level, division level & State level, Universities across Maharashtra must exchange the judges.
2) For state and above level, University must call experts of that respective field.
3) University must declare tentative result on the last day of YOUTH Festival and judges must compulsorily give clarification for their judgement.
FRIENDS, WE NEED MAXIMUM SUPPORT FROM STUDENTS TO MAKE THIS CHANGE AND GIVE THE STUDENT'S THEIR RIGHT. THIS YOUTH FESTIVAL IS STUDENTS FESTIVAL AND WE WILL NOT ALLOW PARTIALITY AND CORRUPTION IN THIS FESTIVAL.
